A national policy for urban mobility
Was developed guidelines for a national policy on urban transport, in which the general criteria for project development with federal support were proposed, as well as guidelines for evaluating projects of high capacity public transportation and gave recommendations of the institutional organization for the Federal Government to developed and implemented them.
