Feasibility of Management National Logistics Platforms System of Mexico.
FOA Consulting designed and accompanied the institutional establishment, as well as the commissioning of the Institute for the Management of the National System of Logistic Platforms in Mexico (SNPL-Mex).Scope of the study
The study included a review of national and international experience on the impact of logistic platforms in the economy and in the production of transport and logistics services. A critical analysis of international experience and management institutions in Mexico on Programs and Projects of Logistic Platforms was conducted.
A proposal of the most suitable model for the institution that will manage the National System of Logistic Platforms was developed. The organizational, legal and work schedule of the Institution for Managing the SNPL-Mex was designed.
A comprehensive approach to shaping the institution managing the logistics platforms in Mexico
The action program for the establishment and operationalization of the institution for managing SNPL was designed, and finally we accompanied the sponsor in shaping the institution.
