FOA Consulting conducted demand studies, and assessment for the project implementation, cost - benefit analysis and financial evaluation of the road between Nuevo Necaxa in the Puebla State - Tihuatlán in the State of Veracruz.Technical and legal aspects
FOA Consulting provided technical and legal advice in the bidding process of the highway Nuevo Necaxa - Tihuatlán, that connects Mexico City with the East corridor of through the states of Puebla and Veracruz. The project was developed under the scheme of Public Private Partnership Provision of Services (PPP´s).
Cost-benefit analysis
FOA Consulting conducted socioeconomic assessment of the project with a methodological proposal for additional benefits such as tourism, economic development, agglomeration economies. We also developed an investment model that allowed us to know the levels of financial profitability of the project as a combination of concession and PPP´s.
