Demand Studies and Restructuring of Routes of Mexibus II
FOA Consulting conducted studies of demand and restructuring of the transport routes Traditional feed routes of Mexibus II Izcalli - Tultitlan - Coacalco - Ecatepec.Scope of the study
FOA Consulting conducted studies demand trunk corridor and transport routes traditional influence in the study, for which the survey conducted inventory and mapping of the universe of routes and paths. Inventory of organizations and public transport routes, roads diagnosis and diagnosis of traffic was also performed.
Based on the above, a restructuring of feeder routes was raised and infrastructure requirements were determined.
Tariff determination
FOA Consultores conducted the analysis and proposed tariff determination. To gain acceptance a trading plan and operation of the proposed restructuring to power Mexibus II was designed.

FOA Consulting support was integral to achieving convert the initial idea into a viable project. For this purpose the following tasks were performed:
• Demand studies trunk corridor and traditional transportation routes in the study area.
• Inventory of roads and paths.
• Inventory of organizations and public transportation routes.
• Diagnosis road.
• Diagnosis of transit.
• Proposal for restructuring of feeder routes.
• Infrastructure requirements for feeding Mexibus II.
• Analysis and approach fees.
• Plan negotiation and operation of the proposed restructuring.
A successful case
Based on studies conducted successful negotiations with the transport companies involved was achieved as well as to start the operation of the powered Mexibus II system .
