Management Project of Suburban Railway System
FOA Consulting provided the services of Project Management required for compliance with appointments, tasks, and other information required component of the project that allowed the process to comply with completion of the work of confinement by the Federal Government and the start of construction Dealer and for the start of project operations.Main activities
• Government commitments to carry out public works in relation to Urban Roads and Works.
• Relocation of Irregular Settlements
• Promoting a Transportation Plan Feeder in terms of the Convention concluded with GEM
• Monitoring compliance with the obligations of the Concessionaire against the SCT during the construction phase of the Project and its interaction with various agencies and authorities at the Federal level, the Federal District, Mexico State Government, local governments ( Delegations and Municipalities) and Rail Freight Dealers.
• Financial Tracking Works Financed with Resources Financial Support FINFRA (now Fonadin)
• Integration and certification of rights of way and land acquired.
Coordinating the work of specialist consultants
Driving coordination and monitoring together with the different teams / disciplines to the management of commitments of the SCT on the draft. Registration minutes and agreements and with different (public and private) actors involved in the project.
Supervision, monitoring and proposals for decisions on the spot of the consultants / contractors involved in the project work. Resolution of disputes relating to settlements for the re-establishment of the right of way necessary.
