Studies for the Establishment of the Logistics Activity Zone of Progreso
The project included the development of a conceptual area of logistics in the vicinity of Merida and Progreso activities, economic evaluation, financial, Teacher Development, developing the framework for organizing and marketing the Program Plan.The project consists of the conceptual design for the development of an area of logistics activities 10 km from Puerto Progreso in an area of 330 hectares, which will be developed in stages, the project will include areas for the installation of logistics companies, Terminal intermodal Campus Strategic fiscal area, area for the location of industries and complementary and administrative services.
The project included the economic and financial evaluation, the Master Development Program, the development scheme of the organization and the marketing plan.
Logistics Support Area Progress will facilitate the supply of all kinds of products that are supplied to the state and will promote the industrial development of the state.
