We adopted this type of sistemic tool based on the International Standard ISO 31000 for Risk Management and its designated PGPI-Risk Technology PlatformRisk management system for infrastructure projects PGPi-Risk
The monitoring of risk management is performed through our Management Platform of Infrastructure Projects for Risk (PGPI-Risk).
The objective of PGPi-Risk is to implement in automated system of risk management, incorporating systemic approach to internal components of the infrastructure project in question as well as the components in your environment that could generate risk events , which is designed along the lines of international standard practical improvements to concerning risks "ISO 31000".
The PGPi-Risk is a web tool that allows the permanent monitoring of progress of risk management, optimizing response times in decision-making to achieve the planned objectives.
With the platform we generated the automation of the risk management processes resulting in a significant time optimization in the generation of information, communication, decision making, implementation of preventive or corrective actions as the case.
