Project Management is to establish and implement a work program that allows the planning, construction, transition and implementation of the project.
Main achievements
Specifically, it seeks to provide advice and support in the areas required for the development of the work, monitor and follow up the work and relevant activities, identifying risks and / or delays that affect or generate adverse effects on development of the project, and recommend alternative solutions with regard to airport facilities in the terminal area, the system tracks, shootings and platforms in the aviation area and the associated work, inside and outside the airport grounds, reporting on progress and / or deviations in budget execution sequence and timing.
