FOA Consulting developed, organized and implemented various activities with key users and stakeholders involved in the operations of ASUR's airports group.
The strengths, weaknesses and opportunities in the levels of service offered to airport users in the ASUR group, the user profile, their satisfaction levels and expectations were analyzed.
Similarly, cargo sectors and their operations are analyzed in order to determine the needs of logistics infrastructure in the future.
Traffic projections
FOA Consulting projected passenger traffic, cargo and airport services for each airport of the ASUR Group in order to determine the requirements of current and future investment in infrastructure.
A strategic plan for development of airports was proposed, in wich the future needs for airport users and cargo operations were determined, so as to contribute in improving services.
