Plan for Transformation BIRMEX and Consulting for Attracting Private Capital.

Formulation and implementation of strategies for opening BIRMEX to private capital and attracting investment, as well as a Master Consulting for selection of strategic partners.

Scopes of the study

The project by FOA Consulting, consisted of three modules

Module I

In this section the action plan for implementing the selected strategic choice was made, strategic options for transforming BIRMEX and openness to private investment were presented, identifying critical and risks for structuring schemes corporatization aspects, advantages and disadvantages, resource requirements, cost benefit analysis and implementation plan; corporate structure for vaccine production by business line and support for the conclusion of strategic alliances.

Module II
This module strategy established to attract capital and potential strategic partners soundings, including, among other aspects, packaging options for online business development, identifying capital markets, assessment of options.
Module III
It was conducted a Master Consulting for selection of strategic partner, in this module was joined the quantification of resources for the creation of enterprises, assistance in the pre-marketing and promotion with potential investors, due diligence for the purchase, business valuation, assistance for conducting the bidding process, evaluation of proposals and purchase, audit and monitoring winner transition period opening to the private sector.
