Development Master Port Development of a new coast port outside Tuxpan, according to the guidelines of the General Coordination of Ports and Merchant Marine of the SCT, including quantification of investments.The project included the development of the Port Master Development Program for a new offshore port logistics zone and onshore; including: identification and quantification required infrastructure investment for development, clipping planes of the Port, port facility security plans, plans of destination uses and ways of operation, plans assigns identification of relevant markets, strategy port development, operation and maintenance programs, port movements and forecast installed capacity calculation.
