Studies for the establishment of school´s drinking fountains.
FOA Consulting conducted the study demand, Eligibility Index Public Private Comparator and by analyzing the Value for Money and Risk analysis of an investment project of school drinking fountains in Mexico, considering the provisions of the new law on Public Private Partnerships.Demand study
An analysis of the regulations was made in educational infrastructure and minimum quality requirements and services of school drinking fountains for schools in Mexico. Socioeconomic aspects of primary schools in Mexico are analyzed, supply and demand for school services was estimated troughs, along with a study of water quality nationwide. A logistics study (accessibility index) was developed with optimal implementation plan for the project investment.

An analysis of the eligibility index and private public comparator analysis with value for money and transferable and retainable risks and convenience of this form of carrying out a project through a Public -Private Partnership scheme was made.
