Master Plan for the Relocation of BIRMEX Production Centers
FOA Consulting developed the Master Plan for the relocation of laboratories of the National Institute of Health, the National Institute of Virology and other administrative support facilities of BIRMEX, and the financial evaluation of the project. Project Objectives
FOA was requested to meet the following objectives:
1. Accelerating the Vaccine Development Program.
2. Ensure the completion of the laboratories of the National Institute of Health and National Institute of Virology.
3. Implementation of complementary projects.
4. Guarantee adequate facilities in the General Offices.
Finally, the financial evaluation of the options was performed.
