The business plan for the transformation of Birmex and achieving financial self-sufficiency was performed, considering the completion of laboratories for the production of Hib vaccine and TT and achieving the reduction of public funds required, respecting labor rights in the process, and positioning Mexico as a global producer of vaccines.
The proposed business plan considered the completion of laboratories and BIRMEX opening to private investment, after analysis of alternatives.
